1. Training programs for personnel who are, according to the Plans, charged with Security duties.
Specialized and targeted training programs that include theoretical and practical training addressed to executives who are in any way involved with the Security Structure.
Whether or not there is a partnership with a Private Security Company, the security of a Facility/Company/Organization is not the sole responsibility of the assigned security guard. After completing the training, these executives will be able to:
• Direct, supervise and evaluate the security company and the security guards.
• Escalate or de-escalate security measures depending on the risk level.
• Propose a package of security measures to the management.
• Be properly involved in security incidents.
• Inform employees, customers and visitors on the applicable security measures and the procedures to be followed.
• Cooperate with the State Security Authorities.
2. Executives training programs on Business Resilience issues.
This theoretical and practical specialized training program aims to make the executives who will be comprising members of the Business Resilience Team / Crisis Management Team, capable of meeting the demanding requirements of their role either as simple members or as leaders.
3. Suspicious mail and objects identification and management training programs.
This specialized program concern all those who are involved in any way according to their role in mail management, including those involved in etiquette activities (receiving gifts, parcels, etc.). The presenters of these educational programs are Police Officers with an extensive knowledge and experience in matters of explosive mechanisms and dangerous substances (e.g. coal).
4. Specialized theoretical and practical training programs for personnel charged with on-board escort tasks – protecting people, in fast and safe driving.
The program includes:
• Theoretical training
• Practice on a special track (by car or even by motorcycle) in various scenarios with an escalating degree of difficulty. The instructors have more than 20 years of experience in this field, being trained in the best European and international centers
